- 1. In a medium pot, heat sugar, lime juice, and water until it is boiling.
- 2. Turn the heat off and transfer to a large bowl to cool.
- 3. Gently toss syrup with prepared fruit and lemon/lime zest.
- 4. Chill until ready to serve.
