A very good bread recipe from the Jan/Feb '03 issue of Quick Cooking magazine. Perfect for smaller families since extra loaves freeze well, and a great way to get some whole grain in.

These loaves were amazing! They were so easy to make and they turned out perfectly. The crust was crispy and the crumb was soft and fluffy. I will definitely be making these again and again.

These loaves were good, but not great. The flavor was a bit bland and the texture was a bit dense. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

These loaves were a bit too dense for my taste. I think I would have preferred a lighter, fluffier loaf. The flavor was good, but I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

These loaves were easy to make and they turned out great! I used half whole wheat flour and half all-purpose flour, and they still turned out perfect. I will definitely be making these again.

These loaves were a bit denser than I expected, but they still had a good flavor. I think they would be great for sandwiches or toast. I might try adding some nuts or seeds next time for a bit of extra crunch.
