I'm not a big fan of pumpkin pie, but this recipe changed my mind. The custard is so smooth and creamy, and the pumpkin flavor is perfectly balanced. I'll definitely be making this again.

This recipe is a great starting point, but I think it could be improved with a few tweaks. I would add a little more spice, and I would also try using a different type of milk, such as almond milk or coconut milk.

I had some trouble getting the pie to set. I think I might have overcooked it a little bit.

This recipe was a little too sweet for me. I think I'll try reducing the amount of sugar next time.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover pumpkin puree. I always have some leftover after I make pumpkin bread, and this is a great way to use it up.

I added a little bit of whipped cream to the top of my pie, and it was the perfect finishing touch.
