CRUSTLESS CHICKEN QUICHE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 large sweet onion, chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
6 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 c heavy whipping cream
2 c cubed cooked chicken
2 c (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
5 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled

Steps:

  • 1. In a small skillet, saute onion in oil until tender. Add garlic. Cook 1 minute longer.
  • 2. In a large bowl, combine eggs and cream. Stir in the chicken, cheese, bacon and onion mixture. Pour into a greased 9-inch deep-dish pie plate.
  • 3. Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for 35-45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
