We make this at the restaurant for our lodge guests, quick and easy tasty start to the morning. Super easy to make it without meat if you so choose and its just as good.

Steps:
- 1. Pre heat oven to 350
- 2. Sauté vegetables until tender.
- 3. Mix together flour, eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese and hergs. Stir in the vegetables and seafood (or meat) and cheese.
- 4. Pour into a buttered 10 inch quiche pan or pie pan and bake for 45 minutes.
- 5. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
- 6. Garnish with sour cream and salsa if desired. The wonderful thing about this is that you can easily make it your own by adding what you like.
