CRUSHED PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE image

Getting more pineapple in every bite, led me to the crushed pineapple. I love the canned in "it's own juice" cuz I can control the sweetness and the love of brown sugar!! YUMMM!!

The cake was easy to make and looked beautiful when it came out of the oven. However, the pineapple topping was a bit too tart for my taste.
