Steps:
- 1. Mix sugar, butter, molasses, egg and vanilla.
- 2. Stir in flour and 1 cup chocolate chips.
- 3. Press dough in ungreased rectangular pan 13x9 and bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees
- 4. Mix remaining chocolate chips, raisins, peanuts and peanut butter in saucepan. Heat over medium-lo, stirring constantly, til chocolate chips are melted.
- 5. Spread over crust in pan.
- 6. Cut while warm, then refrigerate at least 2 hours.
