Steps:
- In a large bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, butter (the more you use the crunchier they will be), and milk. Warm melted butter may separate into flaky clumps when mixed with milk. Stick the bowl into the microwave for a minute then stir. The lumps should go away. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the liquid mixture. Gently whisk together just until combined. Baking time and amount of batter will depend on your individual waffle maker. I use about 2/3 cup and they cook in about 3-4 minutes. No need for cooking spray or oil because of the butter in the mix.
