I love this slaw, very crunchy and GREAT with BBQ beef, ribs, hamburgers, hot dogs...or whatever you like! Even great by it's self :)

Steps:
- 1. In a Large mixing bowl toss all prepared ingredients together. Transfer to a medium size bowl. Slice up the remaining apple in wedges coat with the juices and place on top of your slaw. Cover and place in frig for at least one hour before serving.
