1 (16OZ) LACHOY MIXED VEGETABLES,
(DRAINED)
2 TBLS. CHOPPED ONION
1 C. THINKLY SLICED CELERY
1/2 C. CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
1 TSP. SALT
2 TBLS. SOY SAUCE
3/4 C. LOW-FAT MAYONNAISE
3 OZ. CHOW MEIN NOODLES

Steps:

  • MIX ALL INGREDIENTS LIGHTLY. CHILL WELL; RIGHT BEFORE SERVING, ADD CHOW MEIN NOODLES, IF DESIRED.
