This crust is a bit more work than your average pie crust, but it's worth it. The flavor and texture are unbeatable.

This crumb crust was incredibly easy to make and tasted delicious! I used it for a lemon meringue pie and it held up perfectly. The buttery, crumbly texture added a nice contrast to the tartness of the lemon filling.
