Steps:
- Placer les pommes pelées et coupées en morceaux dans un plat allant au four. Verser le sirop d'érable dessus. Mettre de côté.
- Mélanger ensemble la farine, la cassonade, l'avoine et le sel. Ajouter le beurre ramolli et mélanger jusqu'à consistance de grumaux. Verser cette préparation sur les pommes presser légèrement.
- Cuire à découvert à 375ºF (190ºC) pendant environ 35 mn.
