Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place croissant cubes in a medium mixing bowl. Drizzle olive oil on top and toss to evenly coat. Stir in Parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Spread croissant cubes evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until toasted and light golden brown, 13 to 15 minutes. Let cool to room temperature.
