I added some chopped ham to the sandwiches, and they were even more delicious. I think any type of deli meat would work well in this recipe.

I used a different type of cheese than the recipe called for, and it turned out great. I think any type of cheese would work well in this recipe.

I'm not a big fan of cheese, so I omitted it from the recipe. The sandwiches were still very good without it.

These sandwiches are a great way to use up leftover croissants. I always have a few extra croissants in the freezer, so this is a great recipe to have on hand.

I thought the sandwiches were a bit bland. I added some salt and pepper to taste, and they were much better.

I had some trouble getting the eggs to cook evenly. Maybe I'll try cooking them in a pan next time.

The croissants were a bit too flaky for my taste, but the overall sandwich was still very good.

These breakfast sandwiches were a hit with my family! The croissants were flaky and buttery, and the eggs and cheese were cooked perfectly. I'll definitely be making these again.
