My boss gave me this recipe. The green peppers really make this a stand out recipe. Really great served with coleslaw on top and a little mustard.

This recipe was a disappointment. The pork was dry and tough, and the BBQ sauce was bland. I would not recommend this recipe.

I was a little hesitant to try this recipe because I'm not a big fan of pork, but I'm so glad I did. The pork was cooked to perfection and the BBQ sauce was amazing. I will definitely be making this again.

This recipe was easy to follow and the pork turned out great. The BBQ sauce was a little too sweet for my taste, but that's an easy fix. Overall, I'm very happy with this recipe.
