This is a family favorite. So nice to use a crockpot in the summer. I put the ingredients together put in the crockpot then put the crockpot out on a table on the back deck to cook.

Steps:
- 1. Combine eggs with milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt, sage, and meat. Mix well.
- 2. Shape into 9X5 inch recatngle or oval, or about 6 inch round. Carefully place in slow cooking crock pot.
- 3. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
- 4. Combine sauce ingredients in small bowl; pour over meat.
- 5. Cover and cook on high 15 minutes longer.
- 6. Slice and serve while hot or can use cold slices for sandwiches.
