Steps:
- 1. Season the roast with salt and pepper. Spread the cream horseradish over the roast. Place the roast in a large crock pot.
- 2. Place the onions, mushrooms and garlic around the roast.. Add the beef stock oregano and Worcestershire sauce.
- 3. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
