I was searching for a way to make Cornish Hens easily and remember my mother steaming them with Hoisin, so figured this would be easier in the crockpot.

Steps:
- 1. Mix each of the sauces into a small bowl along with the ginger and zest.
- 2. Place Cornish Hens into crock pot set on high heat
- 3. Pour sauce over hens and cover for about 3 hours, basting and turning hens every so often.
- 4. Serve! I paired this with a basmati rice I'd sauteed in garlic and butter before cooking in chicken broth. Then I added scallions to the rice to finish.
