Crockpot Chicken Paprika - Low Carb image

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 medium sized zucchini
1 onion
1 c water
3 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp paprika, sweet mild
1 tsp salt

Steps:

  • 1. 1 Place 4 chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot. 2 Sprinkle with half of the paprika. 3 Then slice onions and zucchini cover chicken with layer of zucchini and onions. 4 Add the oil, then sprinkle generously with the rest of the paprika. 5 Pour the cup of water into the crock pot (down the side to not wash the paprika away). 6 Cook on low temperature 6-8 hours.
