Crockpot Baby Back Ribs With Potatoes and Veggies image

This is a really easy, delicious recipe for when it's to cold to do ribs on the grill and only uses your crockpot so you aren't dirtying a bunch of pots and pans! Another great thing is that this isn't a "set in stone" recipe. If you like red potatoes instead of yellow? Use them! You prefer a different bbq sauce or spice rub? Use it! NOTE: All seasonings are to taste. This site just makes me use measurements so I guessed there. I used McCormick Grill Mates Cowboy Rub for my "dry rub seasonings" it just wouldn't recognize it as a food.

These ribs were so easy to make and they turned out so good! I love that I could just throw everything in the crockpot and let it cook all day. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and the sauce was perfect. I will definitely be making this recipe

I've made this recipe several times and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The ribs are always cooked to perfection and the potatoes and veggies are a great addition. I like to add a little bit of extra garlic and onion to the sauce for a bit more flavor.
