I enjoy using Bisquick and love my crock pot so thought this would be a nice recipe to try. Another find from the Yahoo group, slow cooker recipes. Cooking time will need to be adjusted to the size of your crock pot.

I'm not a big fan of zucchini, but this soufflé sounds interesting.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but this soufflé didn't turn out well. It was dense and rubbery.

This soufflé was a disaster! It didn't rise at all, and it was more like a quiche than a soufflé.

This soufflé was a bit too eggy for my taste, but otherwise it was good. I think I'll try using less eggs next time.

I was skeptical about this soufflé at first, but I'm glad I tried it. It was surprisingly easy to make, and it turned out great. The zucchini made it light and fluffy, and the cheese and herbs gave it a lot of flavor.
