I came up with this recipe while stuck at home during the first ice storm of the year. I suggest garnishing with sharp cheddar and tortilla chips. It is definitely comfort food.

This chili was a lot of work to make and it wasn't worth it in the end.

The turkey was a little dry in this chili. I would use ground chicken or beef next time.

I found this chili to be a bit bland. I would add more spices next time.

This chili is a little too spicy for me, but I'm sure I could adjust the amount of chili powder next time.

This was my first time making chili in the crock pot and it turned out great! The flavors really developed over time and it was perfect for a cold winter day.

I've made this chili a few times now and it's always delicious. The white beans add a nice creaminess and the turkey is a healthy alternative to ground beef.
