An excellent way to use up your leftover Thanksgiving turkey meat is with this easy crock pot soup. I like to serve this with some warm bread. This recipe is courtesy of Pillsbury Slow Cooker recipes cookbook.

I'm not a huge fan of wild rice, but this soup was still really good. The turkey was tender and the broth was flavorful. I would definitely make this again, but I might use a different type of rice.

This soup was just okay. The flavors were a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll try adding some more spices next time.

This soup was a bit too salty for my taste. I think I'll try using less salt next time.
