Crock Pot Sweet & Sour Meatballs image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 (10 ounce) jar of your favorite sweet & sour sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 medium bell peppers - red, green or yellow (or mini peppers), your choice!
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
2 lbs frozen meatballs

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients except meatballs into crock pot. Stir well. Add meatballs and stir to coat. Place lid on crock pot and cook on low for 5 - 6 hours. Serve over rice.
