Crock Pot Pork Loin image

Very easy and taste great.

Number Of Ingredients 7

3-4 lb pork loin roast (boneless roast)
2 can(s) golden mushroom soup.
1 1/4 c chicken stock
1 onion,sliced
1/2 lb shitati mushrooms
a dash of salt & pepper
1 clove of garlic. diced.

Steps:

  • 1. place pork loin in crock pot,add soup,water,dash of salt & pepper. place sliced onion,mushrooms,and diced garlic on top of the roast. Cook on low for 8 hours.
