CROCK POT PAELLA image

This is a variation of a Rachael Ray recipe that is very similar to my own jambalaya. This one is kicked up a notch above mine and toned down a notch from Rachael's. Somewhere between spicy and knock-your-socks-off. Enjoy!

I followed the recipe but my paella didn't turn out as good as I hoped. I think I overcooked the rice.

I had trouble finding all of the ingredients for this recipe. I ended up using a different type of rice and it didn't turn out as well.

The paella was a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add more spices next time.
