Crock Pot London Broil and Gravy image

I sooo love this gravy, its the best i have put together!! I also prefer to use London Broil meat above all else due to it is sooo tender and doesnt have alot of fat. I hope you enjoy this as much as I have. I have also used Beef Tips or Stew Beef and do it the same as London Broil and make with rice. I had to do it a different...

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 can beef consomme
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can beefy mushroom
1 london broil (anysize)
salt and pepper
garlic powder

Steps:

  • 1. Put a crock pot back in your crock pot, rinse your meat and place it in the crock pot.
  • 2. Mix all your soups together and add your salt pepper and garlic and pour over your meat.
  • 3. Cook on low for approx 6-8 hrs. Or high for about 4-6 Depends on how fast or slow your pot cooks.
  • 4. Serve it with rice or mashed potatoes and its the best gravy and meat you have ever had.
