My 8 year old races go karts. When racing season is in, we enjoy a crock pot meal every Saturday at the track. This is one of my family's favorites.

I'm not a huge fan of sausage, but I really enjoyed these hoagies. The flavors were well-balanced, and the bread was perfectly toasted.

The hoagies were good, but I found the recipe to be a bit bland. I added some extra spices and cheese, and they were much better.

These hoagies were a little too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved them. I think next time I'll use a milder sausage.
