I'm not a big fan of goulash, but I tried this recipe and I was pleasantly surprised. The flavors were really good and the beef was very tender. I'll definitely be making this again.

This goulash is a great way to use up leftover beef. I always have some leftover roast beef or steak in the fridge, and this is a great way to turn it into a delicious meal.

This goulash was a bit too spicy for my taste. I would recommend using less paprika if you don't like spicy food.

This goulash was a bit bland for my taste. I added some extra spices and it was much better. I also served it over rice instead of egg noodles.
