1 1/2 lbs ham
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup orange juice (without pulp)
4 carrots

Steps:

  • Place carrots in the bottom of the crock pot and put ham on top.
  • Mix orange juice and honey together and pour over ham and carrots.
  • Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. Basting once an hour.
