Steps:
- Heat a grill or oiled frying pan. Make 6 hand formed burger patties. When hot, sear burgers for 2 minutes on each side. Arrange burgers in a slow cooker, and cover completely with equal amounts of wine and broth.
- Cook on low heat for 3 hours. Serve on bun with tomatoes and lettuce.
