Crock Pot Ham, Pineapple and Beans image

This dish is a great way to use up that leftover ham. Use Texas style bbq beans for the "pork and beans."

I've tried this recipe with different types of beans, and I think kidney beans work the best. They add a nice heartiness to the dish.

This recipe is a bit time-consuming to prepare, but it's worth it. The ham is so tender and flavorful, and the sauce is delicious.

I'm not a huge fan of ham, but I really enjoyed this recipe. The pineapple and beans add a sweetness and tanginess that balance out the salty ham.
