CROCK POT CURRY CHICKEN WITH GOLDEN RAISENS image

1 whole chicken
3-4 potatos quartered
3 carrots sliced
1 onion peeled and sliced
1/2 cup golden raisens
2 Tbsp. curry (to taste)
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. cardimon
1 cup Vegetable Stock

Steps:

  • Arrange vegetables and raisens in bottom of slow cooker then place chicken breast down on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle with spices and then pour in the vegetable stock. Cook for about 6 hours in a 6 quart slow cooker.
