Crock pot corned beef and cabbage image

Even though I am vegetarian (no meat) a few times a year I take a break. St. Patrick's Day is one such day when I make this recipe. It is so easy because you just put everything into the crock pot except the cabbage and let it cook all day. Then add the cabbage at the end for a delicious Irish meal. Serve it with Irish Soda Bread...

This recipe is a bit too salty for my taste. I think I'll use less salt next time.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my corned beef was tough. I think I might have overcooked it.

This recipe is a bit bland for my taste. I like to add some extra spices, like garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

I'm not a big fan of corned beef, but I love this recipe. The cabbage is so flavorful, and the corned beef is cooked to perfection.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover corned beef. I usually make a big batch of corned beef on St. Patrick's Day, and then I use the leftovers to make this dish.

This corned beef and cabbage recipe is a lifesaver! I'm a busy mom of three, and I don't have a lot of time to cook. But this recipe is so easy, I can throw it in the crock pot in the morning and dinner is ready when I get home.
