Crock Pot Cola Chicken image

Walk in the door and have barbecue chicken cooked and waiting. That's exactly what this tastes like...and the crock pot does the work.

2 large chicken breasts
1 cup ketchup
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup diet cola
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Wash and pat chicken dry.
  • Salt and pepper both sides.
  • Put chicken in crock pot with the onions on top.
  • Add cola and ketchup.
  • Cook on Low 6-8 hours.
