Crock Pot Chicken & Beans & Greens image

This was a combination of a number of recipes I came across trying to find one that would use the crock pot and the ingredients I had on hand. It turned out FABULOUS! I served it over well-toasted garlic bread with a salad and sliced cantaloupe on the side. Healthy, low carb, simple and impressive.

I love this recipe because it's so easy to make and it's always a hit with my family. The chicken is always tender and juicy, and the beans and greens are cooked perfectly. I especially love the addition of the bacon, which gives the dish a nice smok

I'm a vegetarian, so I made this recipe without the chicken. It was still delicious! The beans and greens were cooked perfectly, and the cornbread crumbs gave the dish a nice crunch. I served this dish with rice, and it was a hit with my family.

This recipe was a disappointment. The chicken was dry and tough, and the beans and greens were mushy. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong. I won't be making this recipe again.
