I found that the sauce was a little too thin for my liking. Next time, I'll add a little cornstarch to thicken it up.

This recipe is a little spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. Next time, I'll use less chili powder.

I added some chopped bell peppers and corn to my carne guisada, and it turned out even better. I love the way the vegetables add a little sweetness and crunch to the dish.

I've made this recipe several times, and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The meat is always fall-apart tender, and the sauce is perfectly seasoned. I highly recommend this recipe!

This carne guisada recipe is a keeper! The beef was so tender and flavorful, and the sauce was rich and delicious. I served it over rice, and it was a hit with my family.
