CROCK POT BRISKET image

Number Of Ingredients 14

-1 t salt
-1 t chili powder
-1/2 t garlic powder
-1/4 t onion powder
-1/4 t celery seed
-1/4 t pepper
-Beef brisket (about 2.5 lbs), trimmed
-1/2 C ketchup
-1/2 C chili sauce
-1/4 C packed brown sugar
-2 T cider vinegar
-2 T Worcestershire sauce
-1 t liquid smoke
-1/2 t ground mustard

Steps:

  • 1. In a small bowl, combine salt through pepper and rub over brisket 2. Place brisket in the Crock Pot 3. In a large bowl, combine the ketchup through ground mustard and pour half over the brisket (save the remaining sauce to serve with cooked brisket) 4. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours
