Crock Pot Balsamic Chicken ( Good for Weight Watchers! ) image

I had to make something for my lunches for the week and it had to be WW friendly. I found most of this stuff in my cupboard and it turned out really good. Low in fat and full of flavor! After cooking I divided this up into 5 lunch containers.

I'm not a big fan of chicken, but this dish was surprisingly good. The glaze is really what made it for me.
