1 lb peeled shrimp, coarsely cut
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 large eggs
1/2 cup chopped scallion
2 teaspoons garlic paste
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

3/4 cup jarred tartar sauce
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

I had some trouble getting the shrimp cakes to stay together. I think I might have added too much bread crumbs.

I found that these shrimp cakes were a bit too bland for my taste. I added some extra spices and herbs to give them more flavor.

I love that these shrimp cakes are baked instead of fried. It makes them a healthier option, but they're still just as delicious.
