1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 lb smoked sausage, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup green onion, minced
3/4 cup tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon creole seasoning
6 eggs
1 tablespoon milk

Steps:

  • saute oil and veggies
  • add sausage
  • add spices.
  • add eggs beaten with milk
  • cook until done.
