These fillets bake up moist and golden brown. Our grown daughters and grandsons like their food on the spicy side, so I knew Creole seasoning would make this entree a family favorite.-Florine Bruns, Fredericksburg, Texas

This recipe was a complete disaster. The salmon was undercooked and the Creole seasoning was way too salty. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

I followed the recipe exactly and the salmon turned out dry and overcooked. I'm not sure what went wrong.

This recipe was a bit too spicy for my taste, but other than that it was great. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the Creole seasoning was flavorful. I'll definitely be making this again, but with less cayenne pepper.

I was a bit hesitant to try this recipe because I'm not a big fan of fish, but I was pleasantly surprised. The Creole seasoning really made the salmon, and it was cooked perfectly. I'll definitely be making this again.

I've made this recipe several times now, and it never disappoints. The combination of spices and herbs is just perfect, and the salmon always comes out moist and flaky.
