CREOLE REMOULADE SAUCE image

1/3 c. Creole mustard (coarse ground preferably)
1/3 c. tomato catsup
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. minced green onion or shallots
1 tbsp. minced celery
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 tsp. cayenne red pepper
1 tsp. salt

Steps:

  • Place dry ingredients in a bowl. Add mustard, catsup and Tabasco. Mix thoroughly. Add cayenne and salt. Mix thoroughly and chill.
