Creole Hash Brown Casserole image

Looking to spice up your holiday side dishes? Try this flavorful hash brown casserole. We loved the Creole spin on a traditional side dish. Rotel and Creole seasoning add a kick of delicious flavor.

1 pkg hash browns, frozen
4 green onions, finely chopped
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup, 10.5 oz.
1 can(s) rotel tomatoes, drained, 10 oz.
16 oz sour cream
3 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp tony chachere's creole seasoning

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. Mix all ingredients, except 1 cup of cheese, together in a large mixing bowl.
  • 3. Place into 9x13 greased baking dish and bake for 1 hour.
  • 4. Remove from oven and top with remaining cheese. Return to oven for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.

Overall, I thought this casserole was pretty good. It was easy to make and had a nice flavor. I would definitely make it again.
