2 lbs flounder fillets
1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tbs vegetable oil
2 tsps salt
2 tsps onion powder
1 tsp basil
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 drops hot pepper sauce

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450 degrees. Place fish in a 2"x9"x13" baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over fish. Bake 6 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
