I was skeptical about how a low-fat crème brûlée would taste, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was just as good as the traditional version, if not better.

I've made crème brûlée many times before, but this low-fat version is by far my favorite. It's just as delicious as the traditional version, but it's so much better for you.

This low-fat crème brûlée was a delight! It had all the richness and flavor of traditional crème brûlée, but without the guilt. I loved the contrast between the crispy caramelized sugar topping and the smooth, creamy custard filling.
