Creamy Vinaigrette image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 small clove garlic, minced
5 tablespoons nonfat yogurt
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
Freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Combine ingredients and whisk together until smooth. Toss with greens.
