Creamy tilapia florentine image

A simple, yet tasty, creamy spinach topped fish fillet.

10 reduced-fat ritz crackers, crushed
4 tilapia fillets
1 10 oz container philadelphia savory lemon and herb cooking creme
2 Tbsp milk
1 16 oz pkg baby spinach leaves

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet w/ foil, spray the foil w/ cooking spray. Top each fillet w/ some cooking creme.
  • 2. Sprinkle w/ some cracker crumbs. Bake 15 mins, or until fish flakes easily w/ a fork. In lg skillet, over medium heat cook remaining cooking creme and milk, stirring for 2 mins.
  • 3. Stir in spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted. Spoon spinach mis over fish and serve.
