Creamy Swiss Steak - Auntie's image

This is my Aunts recipe... It is a very flavorful dish, and you can cut it with a fork...I serve it with creamy garlic mashed potatoes.. You may think the ingredients are a bit unusual, but believe me they work.. I have made this steak for invited guests, and I am always asked for recipe. It smells wonderful while baking...

This dish was a disappointment. The steak was tough and the sauce was bland. I followed the recipe exactly, but something went wrong. I won't be making this again.

This recipe was a bit too bland for my taste. The sauce lacked flavor and the steak was a bit dry. I think I'll try a different Swiss steak recipe next time.
