1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onions
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 cups shredded savoy cabbage
1 medium carrot, coarsely grated

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, whisk mayo with vinegar, red onion, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper.
  • Stir in cabbage and carrot, tossing well to coat with dressing. Refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
